Holly Diaz, Partner
Holly Diaz holds multiple certifications in K-12 general and special education. Holly has held many leadership roles within Professional Learning Communities, Data Teams, RTI development and implementation, and as a district mentor. Within special education, Holly has taught using various models of instruction, such as inclusion, resource, and self-containment to ensure that her widely diverse student populations were successful in reaching district expectations. Holly’s leadership role as the Director of Student Services provides her with additional experience in ensuring success for all students within the school setting. Holly also brings experience in the area of technology as a Certified IEP program administrator, trainer, and liaison. Holly has extensive experience in developing curriculum, including state approved assessments and RTI lessons. Holly has also worked to provide professional development to school districts, covering a multitude of educational topics.

Katie Messner, Partner
Katie has a multitude of experiences in both education and business. During the course of her educational career, in which she is dual-certified, Katie spent her years teaching multiple grade levels. As a lead teacher, Katie led Professional Learning Communities and facilitated both school and district-wide staff development. She also served as a highly qualified mentor and leader to other educators. Her extensive background in literacy and data analysis ensured the success of her students and colleagues in the schools she served. Katie succeeded as an Educational Specialist in the private sector as well, where she developed curriculum and benchmark assessments aligned to CCRS. She also supported fellow educators across the country with student achievement and best practices through modeling, conferences and professional development. The time Katie spent working with fellow leaders in education inspired Katie to further expand her reach and become an independent consultant, along with her business partner Holly Diaz. As a consultant with ACE Educators, Katie has collaborated with superintendents, principals, coaches and teachers in order to increase student achievement and growth in schools across the state of Arizona.
